Step 7 Complete the Cube by getting the yellow facing up on each corner.
Three things make this step tough
1) whatever color center is the front when you start, the same color face has to remain front
2) the formula actually repeats the first four moves so you can get confused whether your on the first four moves or if you've already done them four times but the yellow side of position #9 will aid you in this as if the yellow is on the right side, one time through the formula will put the yellow in front and the 2nd time through the yellow will face up.
3) As you go through the formula for Step 7 the entire cube will look messed up and you'll think that you have to start all over with step 1 but have faith and continue going through the steps given below and magically the cube will fall into place when you complete the final corner. Noting all the photos below will help understand the above comments.
Step 7
1). With the Yellow Center Facing Up
2). Hold the cube so one of the yellow corners that does NOT have its Yellow color facing up is at top position #9 (it does NOT matter which yellow corner you start with if more than one needs to be done.)
3). Note what the center color is and keep it as your front face. (In my photos below the red center is the front face so has to remain the front face until the entire cube is solved.)
4). Step 7 formula
3 (13)' 1 or R (FR)' F
and again 3 (13)' 1 again R (FR)' F
or extending the formula 3 1' 3' 1 and again 3 1' 3' 1 or R F' R' F and again R F' R' F
5). If the position 9 yellow corner still does not have yellow on top repeat the Step 7 formula
6). Once the position 9 yellow corner has Yellow facing up TURN ONLY the top face until another yellow corner without yellow facing up is in position #9 on top and repeat the entire Step 7 formula until position 9 yellow corner has its yellow facing up.
7). Again only turn the top layer until the next yellow corner that is not facing up is in position #9 and do the step 7 formula until its yellow is facing up....continue until all yellow corners have yellow facing up.
8). Turn top layer only to the cube's solution once all yellow corners have yellow facing up.

Photo below. It is unusual that all four yellow corners need to go through step 7 and you can turn the entire cube so any center color is the front face so let's start by fixing this yellow/green/red corner so the yellow is facing up.
Note because I chose to start with this corner that in all the rest of step 7 the red center HAS TO REMAIN the FRONT FACE for the rest of the solution of the cube until all yellow corners have yellow facing up.

Right photo below shows: result after taking our second corner yellow/blue/red through Step 7 formula a 2nd time.
Side Note: Note in all three of the below photos how messed up the cube appears which has caused me to think that I have goofed the cube up and I started over from step 1 but if I would have just continued solving Step 7 formula steps, I bet I didn't need to start over at all and just continue doing Step 7 formula in faith.

center photo shows: TWO times through the Step 7 formula as the first time through only placed the yellow side facing front instead of up so Step 7 formula had to be done a 2nd time to get yellow side facing up.
Note in the center photo that the cube is very close to solved.
right photo shows: Yes, you have to turn the top layer either direction until all the colors line up and you've SOLVED THE RUBIK'S CUBE! CONGRATULATIONS! The Odds of solving the Rubik's Cube is 1 in 43 quintillion and less than 6% of the U.S.A. population has ever solved the puzzle once (that means over 94% have never solved it).
