1.  We worked on the Hocus Focus homework side of the last homework sheet we handed out yesterday.  Scroll down to get to the back side Let There Be Light.

2.  We did a mirror, 2 way mirror, window demonstration sitting on teachers desk in front of the classroom explaining how each is made.

3.  We did an invisibility demonstration with a small beaker inside a larger beaker and pouring cooking vegetable oil or baby oil into the small beaker until it overflowed into the larger beaker, covering the smaller beaker and watching it disappear as it is covered up slow but sure.

4.  We did a converging lens out of water and in water demonstration proving that the focal length lengthens with the magnifying glass in water and that an air bubble in water makes the object in the air bubble look smaller.
