If you missed today in 2012 - 2013 we:
1).  Did another virtue # 2
2).  Did an eyeopening demonstration back to the resource area portrayed in the 8th period video below:

3).  We continued our homework sheet each period
period 1                period 5                period 7            period 8

4).  We also watched a short video of how in professional wrestling the floor is heavily padded and has springs under it so when a person lands hard on this type of floor they are not hurt due to the impulse (more time of impact so less force).
